Where we ship
We currently accept orders for the contiguous 48 US states and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or destinations outside this area.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is $4.99. Free standard shipping applies when the order value is over $100 after product discounts and before shipping and taxes. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery
We will email an order confirmation after purchase and tracking when the order ships. We do not currently promise a fixed dispatch or delivery window. Carrier timing may vary by destination and circumstances. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and offer a refund.
Address changes and delivery problems
Please check your address before placing an order. If you need to correct it or your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect, use our contact form with your order number as soon as possible. We will review the issue and explain the next step.
